When I finished school, our local newspaperI decided to put an unusual picture. As always, the reporters photographed the best graduates and members of the different clubs, committees and organizations. However, they added another photo - our students have received scholarships to the country's most renowned universities for sports achievements and invited in their team. The newspaper published a picture of a group of fifteen or twenty young men who were going to play in the National Student League.

Later, looking at this picture, I said,that most of these athletes have played in the same team since elementary school. And then I realized: the beginning of a successful career in the sport for all of them began training at the same instructor, whose name was Cayo Dottli.

When we were in the first grade, I coached Cayoour football team, is called »Treyhaundy Boumara». While in college, he played in the National Football League, where he became famous as a midfielder and broke many records. However, a knee injury ended his career in the first year of the game for »Chicago Bears». Cayo returned to Mississippi, started a family and went into business. More than anything, he loved children and sports, and therefore took up coaching football teams Minor League where they played both of his sons.

Cayo is strikingly different from other coaches. Most of them were collected by their team a couple of times a week for an hour. A Kayo wanted to make us world champions, but because we played every day. Every day Cayo met us after school, and forty young players were taken to carry out exercises and work passes.

We worked for three hours a day. Block, stroke, pass, attack, defense gate - we carried out all the tricks, which every day repeats the professional team. Cayo so well put the case that any student team could learn from us. Every day, Cayo and his assistants (among close friends whose sons also played in our team) taught, corrected the error, confronts us with new challenges, scolded, encouraged us, shouting at us, until we started to do it right. Hour after hour, one exercise after another.

Every year for the past five years, while CayoDottli led the team, 'Treyhaundy Boumara »won the city championship. Five years, we do not know defeat, but in the last year of Cayo opponents could not even hit our gate. However, once the opponents defender slipped, breaking the rules in the penalty area and scored us a goal and the referee counted it, because all the crowd were just happy that someone finally we scored at least one goal. As a result, parents have signed a petition to withdraw from the post of coach Caio, because the other teams lost their incentive to play.

And now, looking at this photograph for twelve yearslater, seeing before him the young people who have received the opportunity to study in the best universities, I smiled happily: Cayo not wasted on us all this time, his work continues to bear fruit. Hundreds of hours of character education provided to these children not just a few thousand dollars in the form of scholarships, but also a strong position in life. It was enough that one man has devoted his time to children and helped them grow. Cayo'd give to us, and mercy, encouraging us, and the truth, correcting our mistakes, and sharing their experience with us. To all this he added the time it takes to strengthen the skills of such nature that could provide us with success in adult life.
