Ingredients:
90 g egg yolks;
85 g of sugar,
120 g of cream (30% fat)
10 grams of freshly ground coffee;
500 g of cottage cheese;
100 g of butter at room temperature;
100 g milk chocolate;
50 g almonds.

Method of preparation:
1. Whisk yolks mixed with sugar, coffee with cream and mix on low heat bring to a boil. Strain through a fine sieve onto the egg yolks with the sugar.
