Currently, there are heated debates aboutwhether the mother should, raising a child, and still work in manufacturing or in the institution. In this chapter, we will not discuss how justified a situation where the mother works outside the home. Instead, we will examine how the family can best function if the mother is busy with constant work. Half of all American mothers with children under 18 years of age, and 37 percent of mothers with preschool children work outside the home. Most of these mothers say that their work forces need. (In single mothers who do not have other sources of livelihood, have no other choice, work outside the home it is part of their lives.)

According to the study, AK Nielsen, three out of five women work because the family needs the money to buy a second car, repair the living room or the joint holiday. Only 19 percent of women surveyed said they worked because they like it. Interestingly, the husbands who participated in the survey, a different view on these things. Three of the five men said their wives like to work, and only 29 percent admitted that their family needs additional income source.
