Always remember that any food should begives pleasure. Most of all, it refers to the evening meal. Perfect dinner should be light and easy. Heavy food as possible should be taken in the morning or in the afternoon, when the body is most in need of food and best of all it assimilates. The family must be united for dinner: each family member should be given the opportunity to contribute to the conversation and to feel its significance.
Avoid permanent correction of manners and speech during the meal. AND sure to turn off the TV! TV can invade a drinking courseconversation and destroy all that so good meals together. Pleasant conversation and even laughter during the meal helps digestion, quarrels also slow the digestive process.
Make meals together joyful, precious time. When it comes to family unity, and they are indeed the last frontier.
